Apply to the affected area
Adults and children 12 years and older: apply to the affected area no more than 3 to 4 times daily. For children under 12, ask a doctor before use.
Avoid heat and sensitive areas
Do not use with a heating pad or external heat, or bandage tightly. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use if your skin is sensitive to wintergreen (methyl salicylate).
Know when to stop
Stop use and ask a doctor if skin irritation develops, symptoms worsen, symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or symptoms clear and return within a few days. Keep out of reach of children.
