From where do you operate?

Miracle of Aloe operates and ships all products from our facility in Fort Worth, Texas. All our UltraAloe aloe vera products are made right here in the USA with responsibly sourced organic aloe vera gel.

What are your business hours?

We’re open from 8 am to 5pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Closed on most major holidays. Orders can be placed online 24/7 and are usually processed in one business day.


What is UtraAloe® aloe vera gel?

UltraAloe gel is made from organically grown mature aloe vera leaves harvested at peak potency and processed using a special method that enhances the natural healing and restorative properties of raw aloe vera gel. Compared to conventional gel, our UltraAloe contains higher levels of bioactive polysaccharides considered to be very beneficial for human cellular health. Further, our UltraAloe is specially filtered during our cold-extraction process to decrease undesirable aloin content to less than 1 part per million (ppm) of aloin exceeding the industry standard of 10 ppm.

What exactly is meant by percentage of Aloe vera?

The percentage of UltraAloe aloe vera gel on the label refers to the amount of gel in the product by volume. For example, if the product shows 60% UltraAloe, that means that 60% of the product is pure UltraAloe aloe vera gel.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant?

All our products are considered generally safe and effective for all users, however, if you are pregnant or nursing, you should consult with a doctor prior to using any new product. Also, if you have particular medical issues it is always best to ask your doctor before starting anything new.

Are your products tested on animals?

We are cruelty free.

Are Miracle of Aloe Products Secure?

Yes. All authentic Miracle of Aloe cosmetic and consumable products are safety-sealed for your protection. These items can be further identified by the batch code printed on the product.

Consumers should also be on the lookout for people attempting to sell products where the brand is listed as generic or are old, out-of-date products they have somehow acquired. One way to tell if the product is current is to examine the Miracle of Aloe brand logo on the package.
Several years ago we changed our logo from A to B. Products with the old logo (see diagram below) should not be used. If you're still unsure or have questions, email us at and we'll be happy to help you.

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
